Amuse

An amuse evening lets you and your guests savour a series of delicious small dishes and wines, all served with style while you enjoy one another´s company. The evening begins with a glass of Prosecco - a sparkling dry white wine from Ernesto´s home region of Friuli - along with antipasti and Italian bread.
The opening dish is followed every half hour by a lovingly prepared, luxurious amuse with a specially selected wine. The evening closes with a dessert amuse.

Our amuses include:

  • Asparagus risotto with scampi and parmesan cheese cracker
  • Fresh figs with dried San Daniële ham, balsamic syrup and parmesan shavings
  • Breast of duck with salad of fennel, orange and spring onion
  • Crepe with salmon, green asparagus & crème fraiche with dill
    Desserts
  • Coupe of trifle with crème anglaise and red fruit
  • Chocolate mousse of pure chocolate
An amuse evening includes 8 amuses and specially selected wines, and begins at 49.50 Euro per person.
